EXCHANGE OR REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Since Grey will provide you with a refund or exchange on the following conditions:

  • Customers must contact Since Grey for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase date. You must return your purchase to Since Grey, including the purchase receipt, and notify Since Grey of your return by email at shop@sincegey.com providing the reason for the request in the body of the email
  • Tags must remain attached and the receipt must be presented in original packaging
  • Garments will only be refunded or exchanged if they are unworn and undamaged
  • Both domestic and international customers must have return items postmarked within 14 days of purchase
  • If exchanged for a more expensive garment, the customer must pay any additional costs before the garment is sent. If exchanged for a garment of lesser value a full refund or gift voucher will be offered for the difference
  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt by Since Grey

    • Faulty or damaged items: Prior to dispatch all items are meticulously checked and then packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged please contact us at shop@sincegey.com. Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same above conditions as for exchanges.
